布朗大学cs研究生阶段开设有MS和PhD学位项目，注意：这两个项目为相对独立的项目，学生在攻读PhD学位过程中，满足硕士学位授予条件，可授予MS学位，但申请MS的学生入学后，不可转而攻读PhD。
PhD每年约有400人申请，仅有40人被录取，录取率为10%左右。所有PhD学生可获得全额奖学金。MS目前没有奖学金。
