卡耐基梅隆硅谷校区目前开设的专业主要与信息技术及其管理、电气工程及计算机科学等有关，包括：
软件工程硕士（MS in Software Engineering）*(1)
电气与计算机工程（Electrical & Computer Engineering），含：
电气与计算机工程博士（Ph.D. in ECE）
电气与计算机工程硕士（M.S. in ECE）*(2)
信息技术（Information Technology），含：
移动信息技术（Information Technology–Mobility，缩写MSIT-MOB）
信息安全技术（Information Technology–Information Security，缩写MSIT-IS）
