申请说明
卡耐基梅隆土木与环境工程系（Department f Civil and Envir nmental Engineering）开设有三种学位项目，分别是：
PhD：通常情况下，硕士毕业生需要3年，本科毕业生通常需要4年，方可以完成学位；PhD享有全额奖学金
1年制MS：学制9个月，为c urse-w rk based，无奖学金
1.5年制MS，学制16个月，无奖学金 (2)
这两种学制的MS不可以互转，1年制MS不可以转至1.5年制MS，但1.5年制可以转至1年制。如读完MS，还想在申请卡耐基梅隆的PhD，需再次申请。 (3)(4)
