爱荷华州立大学（Iowa State University，缩写ISU）位于爱荷华州的艾姆斯，全称爱荷华州立科学与技术大学（Iowa State University of Science and Technology），是一所公立研究型大学，成立于1858年。前身为爱荷华州农业和现代农场学院（Iowa Agricultural College and Model Farm），是一座以1962年莫里尔联邦赠地法案创建的大学。世界第一台计算机的设计者约翰·文森特·阿塔纳索夫、以及台湾“前总统”李登辉便是该校校友。另拥有两名诺贝尔奖教职员：丹·谢兹曼（2011年诺贝尔化学奖）和西奥多·舒尔茨（1979年诺贝尔经济学奖获得者）。
