威斯康辛大学麦迪逊分校DVM（Doctor of Veterinary Medicine）项目通过美国兽医学院在线申请系统（VMCAS）申请，要求学生递交GRE成绩，无需工作经验，应届本科毕业生可以直接申请，但要求学习过以下课程：

• 生物学或动物学（General Biology OR Zoology）
• 遗传学或动物育种学（Genetics OR Animal Breeding）
• 化学（General Chemistry）
• 定性化学（Qualitative Chemistry）
• 有机化学Organic Chemistry
• 生物化学（Biochemistry）
• 物理（General Physics）
• 统计学（Statistics），概率论、假设检验、线性回归等，国内的高等数学、微积分等也可满足要求
